Canon Canada Inc. has today announced a number of price reductions on a range of their digital camera models, including a $200 price drop on the 12.8MP higher end Canon EOS 5D digital SLR. Other Canon cameras that have been reduced in price include the family oriented 10.1MP Canon EOS Digital Rebel XTi digital SLR, the Canon PowerShot S5 IS with 12x optical zoom, and the compact PowerShot SD870 IS with wide angle zoom.
